MOLISE BY CAR
From Adriatic Sea:
Take the A14 “Bologna-Taranto” motorway, take the exit at Montenero di Bisaccia-Vasto south, both from Bologna (north) and Taranto (south).
Go on Strada Statale 650 “Fondo Valle Trigno”, going to Isernia.
From Tyrrhenian Sea:
Coming from the north, go on A1 “Napoli-Milano” motorway and take the exit at San Vittore. Then, keep going on Strada Statale 6 “Via Casilina”, to Capua, and then on Strada Statale 6 Dir to Venafro. After Venafro, take Strada Statale 85 “Venafrana”, to Isernia.
If coming from the south, there are two options:
OPTION A
Go on A3 “Napoli-Reggio Calabria” motorway up to Salerno and continue on “2” Salerno-Avellino (E841) motorway link road, up to A30 “Caserta-Salerno”.
Keep going on this motorway up to the A1 “Napoli-Milano” fork, and take the exit at Caianello.
Go through Vairano Scalo and go on Strada Statale 85 “Venafrana”, following the direction to Venafro. Without entering Venafro, continue to Isernia.
OPTION B
From Naples, go on A1 “Napoli-Milano” motorway and take the exit Caianello.
Go through Vairano Scalo and continue on Strada Statale 85 “Venafrana”, following the direction to Venafro. Without entering Venafro, continue to Isernia.
